For an activity have a conversation with your toddler and
first ask them what flies "UP" in the sky.
Second ask them what lives "UNDERGROUND"
Lastly ask them what lives "UNDERWATER"

My "U" book by Jane Moncure
We actually have gotten a few of these books and they are pretty cute. The talk about a bunch of words that start with that letter and the U person collects them in a box or does something with those items that begin with that letter. For ex. Little U will give his Uncle an umbrella.
